Urban Design

PROJECT CO+OP embodies many passions and this one is no less. The complexities of urban environments require flattening of the field of stakeholders in order for citizens to have proper voice. Design within the public realm used by many people means creating a beautiful space for which we can all fall in love. Our aim is to design urban spaces where the public will “love your project.”

Community Planning

We work with communities to empower grassroots, citizen led community planning. Our experience includes facilitation and design in communities throughout Louisiana who had been deeply impacted by climate disaster, social injustice, and insecure futures. Current work includes partnerships with the Parkside Neighborhood of Portland, Maine, which is the most diverse and dense neighborhood in the entire state!
