Residential Renovation

Adapting existing spaces for reuse is an excellent and noble path to pursue sustainability goals. No project is too small and can fine tune services to make sure you get the most out of your renovation.

Commercial New Construction & Renovation

With experience in tenant fit-up, retail, restaurant & bar, we are able to service projects seeking a particular focus on healthy high performance.

Institutional

Our cooperative brings experience from participating as part of project teams for both public and private schools and universities throughout Maine including the nation’s first certified Passive House high school. We also bring experience on one of the few Living Community Challenge projects in the world and the only Living Building Challenge dormitory in Maine. Additionally, a number of prominent library renovations and additions round out our experience in the institutional sector.

Industrial

In recent years, our co-op has been integral project team members to industrial machine shop and fleet vehicle outfitting facilities. And, because of recent law changes have participated in the design of both cultivation and retail uses of the cannabis business.
